Rosemount Spa Policies and Etiquette
Massage appointments do not qualify for an insurance receipt.
Spa Etiquette
Please remove all jewellery prior to your appointment. A robe and slippers will be in your room. Allow at least 20 minutes before your appointment to complete a Health History to allow you a full appointment.
Gratuities
The treatment price does not include gratuities but they are graciously accepted. Envelopes are provided in the spa rooms or it can be added to your guest room account.
Cancellation policy
We require 72 hours notice prior to 10 am day of arrival otherwise full appointment charges will be applied.
